As Executive Assistant to Travis Payne, and the newest member of our team, Amber facilitates Travis by being a liaison between himself and his clients and is the first point of contact for his office. She brings experience and strong customer service expertise from her degree in hospitality management and is committed to meeting the needs of our clientele as well as creating a high level of care. She also shares with many of our participants a background in education, albeit with preschool age children, and respects the role teachers play in the lives of their students.
Amber is responsible for a variety of assignments including appointment setting and handling of distributions, account changes and service requests. Her goal, with every individual, is to create a positive experience and accomplish each task successfully and efficiently with focus and attention to detail. She looks forward to continuing to build solid relationships with our clients through open communication and superior support.
Amber was married in 1997 to her husband Steve and together they have two adult children, Keegan and Hayden. In her leisure, she enjoys reading, writing, entertaining and loves camping and traveling.
